Become a PSU Advocate

The PSU Advocates is an arm of the Alumni Association which works to promote the goals of the university with decision makers. The Advocates have supported PSU and higher education in an extremely effective manner since 1989. This informal network, guided by an all-volunteer committee, contacts legislators, writes letters to the editor, attends town hall meetings and other meetings with community leaders and elected officials, and works with other PSU groups to sponsor lobby days and rallies. Advocates receive newsletters and email updates, and have an inside view of the university.

Our alumni and friends really do make a difference in how PSU prospers in Oregon, nationally, and internationally. If you would like to volunteer now to become a PSU Advocate, please fill out the following form and a PSU Advocate or an Alumni Association staff member will contact you about becoming an Advocate. Thank you!  If you have additions questions, contact Angela Wykoff at angelawykoff@msn.com or Jim Turner at jhturner@pdx.edu for more information about becoming a PSU Advocate.
