Where do I stand academically?

At different times during your college career you may wonder where you stand in regard to the PSU requirements for graduation. Seeing an adviser is appropriate at these times. Also, PSU uses the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) to check students' academic progress by creating evaluations for transfer students and by providing unofficial degree audits for current students.

If you entered PSU as a transfer student you received a transfer evaluation when you were admitted. This evaluation, created by the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS), shows how all your courses have been accepted by PSU and how they meet some of the PSU graduation requirements. This evaluation will also show you where you need to begin with the University Studies program (general education).

Furthermore, at any time while a PSU student you can access a DARS report which can show you where you stand with regard to all the requirements needed for graduation: your major as well as the general education and degree requirements.
