how to apply: postbaccalaureate
Step One: Send an application for postbaccalaureate admission to the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records by the priority filing date, accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of $50.00.
Step Two: Submit one official transcript from each college and university attended since secondary school. NOTE: To be official, the transcript must be in its original, sealed envelope from the issuing school or institution. All documents submitted to the University becomethe property of Portland State University and cannot be returned, copied, or released.
