"Think Globally, Eat Locally" Film Series Opens in April at Fifth Avenue Cinemas

A film series that addresses the theme of “Think Globally, Eat Locally,” begins in April 2005, with movies playing each Saturday at the Fifth Avenue Cinemas on Portland State University’s campus (510 SW Hall, Portland, Ore.), Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m.

The series is sponsored by the National Science Foundation-sponsored Global Helix Project at Portland State University, and by PSU’s Leadership in Ecology, Culture and Learning Program. All films in the series are free and open to the general public. Call 503-725-3862 for more information or to request advance copies for screening.
