“We are delighted to have Arthur Levine join us this year,” said Elizabeth Snyder, director of HSPA. “His frank, funny and enlightening perspective on children’s book publishing, coupled with our luxurious new surroundings at Lewis & Clark College, are sure to make the 2004 Children’s Book Conference one to remember.” Previous conferences have been held at Cannon Beach, Ore; other Haystack programs will remain at Cannon Beach
