As one of the nation's preeminent experts on terrorism, Professor Emeritus Gary Perlstein, Administration of Justice, has conducted hundreds of interviews with reporters over the past few years. But a recent rash of activity by eco-terrorist groups such as the Earth Liberation Front and the Animal Liberation Front has made Perlstein an even hotter commodity.

In the past month, Perlstein, co-author of Perspectives on Terrorism (Wadsworth, 1991), has fielded calls from the likes of CNN, MSNBC, LA Weekly, San Jose Mercury News and has an upcoming interview with "Inside Edition." Perlstein notes that both the membership and tactics of these groups has continued to evolve, with attacks on people rather than property the next likely progression.
