What:
Vikings fans will gather to celebrate Portland State's winning men's basketball team and its "Chance to Dance" at a pep rally tomorrow. The Vikings won the Big Sky Conference's regular season title, earning the right to host the 2005 Big Sky Conference Championship March 8 and 9 at Memorial Coliseum. The winner of the Big Sky tournament will get a "chance to dance" and advance to the NCAA tournament.

Background:
The Vikings completed their Big Sky campaign with an 11-3 record-their best in nine years as a member of the conference and an overall record of 19-8. The Big Sky Conference tournament teams include Portland State, Montana, Montana State and Weber State.
