Nominations for Outstanding Teachers and Staff
Dear Student,
The Dean's Office of the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) is in the process of selecting outstanding teaching and staff awards for the 2002-2003 academic year. For this project to be a success we need input and help from CECS students. We are seeking nominations from you. This is your opportunity to take part in recognizing those who have helped you the most. Here are the categories:
Outstanding Departmental Teaching Award (any teacher from your Department)
Outstanding Teaching Award (any teacher you have had from outside your department - such as physics, math, another cs/engineering dept)
Outstanding Staff Award (any non-teaching staff from CECS; administrator, office staff, computing staff, etc)
To nominate someone, please reply to donm@cecs.pdx.edu with the name of the person, the category in which you are nominating the person and a sentence or two as to why. Or you may stop by the Dean's Office (Fourth Ave Bldg, Suite 20) to drop off a nomination, anonimously if you like.
ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL !!
Nominations need to be received by Friday May 16, 2003.
