Interested in an online MBA but without a clue where to start? Professors from Portland State's School of Business MBA+ program will present free workshops for working professionals interested in online graduate business education.

The presentations are scheduled in Salem on March 30 (a.m.), in Eugene March 30 (p.m.), Medford on April 7, and in Bend on April 8. Specific times, locations and reservation information are available at 503-725-3766.

The informal workshops will provide tips on evaluating faculty, curriculum, accreditation standards and delivery modes and student support for online MBA programs. A question and answer session will follow.

The PSU School of Business, which offers an online option for its innovative, leadership-based MBA+ program, is Oregon's largest internationally-accredited graduate business program. PSU annually graduates more than 200 MBA students; over 75 students have graduated from, or are currently enrolled in, the online MBA cohort. The online MBA+ is ranked in the top 25 of U.S. online MBA programs by U.S. News and World Report.

Named in 2005 as one of 143 “best business schools” by the Princeton Review, PSU recently revised and renamed its MBA program to MBA+, a Program of Leadership and Innovation, reflecting an increased emphasis on managerial competencies, innovation leadership and technical skill development. The online MBA+ option mirrors the Portland-based program, offering the identical courses, faculty and services.

To reserve a spot at the workshop, call 503-725-3766 by March 23rd.
