Bruce Feiler, author, journalist and lecturer, will be the keynote speaker at a Portland State University luncheon tomorrow. The lecture and lunch are part of PSU Weekend, Portland State University's non-traditional homecoming. Feiler will speak on "Can We All Get Along? Background:
