Portland State University celebrates Black Heritage Month with five weeks of activities, presentations and events organized by the Black Cultural Affairs Board (BCAB), the Association of African Students (AAS), the PSU chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and several local organizations.
