How to Apply: Postbaccalaureate

Step One: Apply

Complete and send an application for postbaccalaureate admission (PDF icon) to the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records by the priority filing date, accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of $50.00.

Step Two: Submit an Official Transcript

An official transcript is required from the bachelor degree-granting institution.  NOTE: To be official, the transcript must be in its original, sealed envelope from the issuing school or institution. All documents submitted to the University become the property of Portland State University and cannot be returned, copied, or released.
