Online Application for Admission
At present domestic and international undergraduate students may apply online. We are working on mechanisms to allow all prospective students the ability to apply online. Until then, please download paper applications or pick up copies in the lobby of Neuberger Hall, at 724 SW Harrison Street.
Students planning to submit an online application for admission to Portland State University should review the following information:
- The online application constitutes an official application for admission to Portland State University.
- The online application is for use by undergraduate, domestic and international, students only. Graduate students may not use the online application. Please see our Graduate and International application instructions.
- Please review all general admissions information before completing the application.
- There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee, payable with your Visa or Mastercard only. You will be required to submit your credit card information with your application.

Quick Entry
Prospective students who wish to enroll on a non-admitted, Quick Entry basis may complete the online Quick Entry form or submit a paper copy.
